Rebuilding
We
offer a full fork rebuilding service for people that
would rather not strip their fork sets down to the bare
bones themselves.
Scope: The
rebuild service includes stripping and checking the following
general items:
- Front
Fork Assembly
- Bottom
Sliders
(can be powder coated or polished)
- Stanchions (to
be reground & hard chrome plated)
- Bushes
- Seals
- Plugs
- Dust
Seals
- Clips
- Circlips
- Springs
- Damper
Rods
- Pistons
- Others
Breakdown: Upon
receipt, the forks are dismantled, all components are
cleaned, inspected and packed into special trays
identified with the customer's name and details. The
fork stanchions are then rechromed. After final
inspection they are then reassembled with new oil seals
and new oil etc. and are packaged in specially made boxes
and dispatched by overnight carrier. .
