Customer
Collection & Delivery. We
offer a complete service which includes UK mainland collection
and delivery back to the client. To arrange a collection
please
contact
us with
your name and collection address including the postcode
(this can be a private or place of work address), a contact
telephone number and details of payment. We accept most
major credit and debit cards.
Overseas
Customers. For overseas customers please call
for more information. We have many customers from all
around the world including the USA, Norway, Greece
and France. Packaging
Your Forks For Shipment To Us. We recommend
you send your forks taped together in a strong cardboard
tube if possible, alternatively they can be wrapped
in bubble
wrap, cardboard
or even carpet, paying particular attention to the
ends so as not to allow them to slip out. Please address
them to us and enclose your details.
Sameday
Collections. We offer sameday collections
for bookings made before 10.30am.
Collection
Process. To arrange a collection you can either
ring us, fax us, or fill in the collection
form. We
will need the following details:
- Full
postal address including postcode (could be home,
neighbour or place of work)
- Contact
Telephone (We Will
Contact You On This Number Prior To Collection To
Confirm This Order)
- Name
- Date
when you will be at this address between 12.30pm -5pm
to sign for collection
- If
its your place of work we will need to know what area
to collect it from, ie, reception, goods in etc.
